Instruction for Fees
  • The school fees should be paid between 1st to 15th of the current month in the school or through online mode (www.gurunanakschool.com).
  • A fine will be imposed if the fee is paid after 15th of the current month.
  • If the fee is not paid for two consecutive months, the name of the defaulter is automatically struck off the rolls and the student is not allowed to attend classes or appear for examinations unless he/she clears the outstanding dues along with the re-admission charges, fine etc.
  • An amount of Rs. 2000/- has to be paid as re-admission charges. The re-admission is at the discretion of the school administration and depends upon the availability of seats at that time.
  • An amount of Rs. 5000/- has to be paid as re-admission charges. The re-admission is at the discretion of the school administration and depends upon the availability of seats at that time.
  • Parents are advised to keep the receipts and produce the same, if required.
  • The tuition fee of March should be paid in the month of February.
  • Students who opt for school transport, will have to pay transport charges for eleven months of the academic session.
  • An academic year ends in the month of March and the new academic year begins in the first week of April. All parents are expected to pay the prescribed fees for the next class in the month of April itself, failing which, the name of the student will be struck off the rolls from 1st May of that year.
